We custom build automated equipment for multiple-piece assembly, cap-closure, and cap lining applications of household products. Our machines can easily fit in any kind of dispensing application with production rates ranging from 20 to 1200 parts per minute. We can either start building your machine using our standardized machine chassis and platform or we can build a custom machine from the ground up.

From reviewing the specifics of tool drawings to final machine assembly, we perform all necessary operations to complete the project per your requirements. Machines can be built for any type of complicated cap closing/lining application in household cleaning products, such as laundry detergent bottles, cosmetic products, personal care cream & lotion tubes, and trigger spray bottles. Equipment for high-speed assembly of aerosol valves, lotion pumps, trigger pumps for cleaner bottles, and several other cap fitments can be custom built too.

All design parameters, including those for attractive packaging and ease of use, can be accommodated in our automated equipment. Our automated equipment, equipped with automated identification and rejection of defective products, assures the highest quality in all your household products. We also make automation equipment that can be easily configured by an operator for assembling different types of similar household products.

From each and every machine our customers can expect longevity and reliability due to our use of mechanical and servo driven motions. Our skilled work force is all under one roof, allowing for the complete construction, and product accountability, within our shop. We use both conventional and state of the art CAD/CAM and wire EDM machines to fabricate the components.
